i am currently struggling with management of records, have been searching high and low for some sort of program that will help me keep track of what i’ve researched and will help me focus on the research i need to do.
unfortunately for the mac it doesn’t look like this exists. and each program i could possibly use (excel, numbers, bento, aperture, ftp file structure) creates its own set of problems. i’m really confused and annoyed at this point, and am thinking about going to sam flax and setting up a manual 3-ring binder system out of sheer frustration.
i figure if i keep chipping away at this problem eventually i’ll get all the images up on the website connected to the correct people IDs, all the photos will be tagged in aperture and re-uploaded to flickr, and i’ll have geotagged every single thing i have.
yeah, right.
